Under the leadership of Elisabeth, the Job Skills Training Coordinator, residents are gaining hands-on workplace experience in the supportive & encouraging environment of Hannah’s Home Thrift Store. The store hours are Thurs. & Fri. 9-5, and Sat. 10-2. Shop, donate, & spread the word!
Some in-the-home news… There are currently eight moms and seven little ones at Hannah’s Home, with two of the moms expecting to deliver soon. Lexi gave birth to her daughter, Zenalla, at just 25 weeks. Doctors in the NICU constantly monitor Zenalla with all the challenges she faces. Mandy, who is three years sober, has a powerful testimony of her long-term transformation. She is preparing to graduate from Hannah’s Home. Kiya, a student at Brown Aveda in cosmetology, balances school, motherhood, & personal growth.
Charisse, the Volunteer Coordinator, recently organized a team of volunteers to paint all Phase 1 rooms and the board room, plus sand and refinish the dining room floor. To join this team, contact Charisse at hannahshome.org
Tabitha Hiltner is the new President of the Board of Directors. She has served Hannah’s Home over the past 5 years in many positions.
