Seniors’ Ministry

Champions’ Tour

The purpose of Champions’ Tour is to honor and encourage our seniors in their walk with the Lord, so they can be great examples for the next generation. We invite all seniors (50) years old or older, married to someone (50) or older. We invite you to join us if you are married, single, widowed or divorced at any of our outings.

Our biblical mandate (Titus, chapter 2) instructs older women to teach younger women to love their husbands and children and live Godly lives. It also teaches older men to encourage young men to live wise lives in both word and deed.

Our events are designed to thank our seniors and to provide an opportunity for them to gather together for enjoyable fun and fellowship.

Our past outings have included:
Trips to the Cleveland Zoo

Cruise on the Goodtime II

Scenic train trip to Holmes County

Day trip to Presque Isle

Captains games

Caroling

Cookouts

Potlucks

Hymn sings
