LCC Student Ministries is the collection of programs & events that serve our students from 7th to 12th grade.
Sunday Mornings - 90@9
Every Sunday we meet at the Center at 9:15am for 90@9. The purpose of 90@9 is to allow students to experience a miniature version of what it means to be fully integrated into the community of Christ. During this time we desire to encourage the application of the Word for students, celebrate our differences, extend grace to one another, participate in passionate worship to Christ, and cultivate relationships in small groups that allow for teaching and applying God’s Word to real life situations. Once a month we spend time in fellowship and enjoy breakfast together along with activities that allow others to get to know each other a little better.
At the bottom of the page, you can listen to the weekly lessons that the students hear, so you can stay up to date with the teaching provided to the students. Also in the description of each teaching, the discussion questions have been included, which are used during small group time. Our hope that this gives you great insight into the godly teaching that the ministry is aiming to provide the students on a weekly basis.
Wednesday Nights - STIR & Battallion
On Wednesday nights, our guys and gals split into two groups for a time of bible study, activities, and service projects-- for guys, Battalion and for gals, STIR (Sisters Training in Righteousness). Both groups start at the Chapel at 6:10pm and then carpool to their respective locations for the evening.
Regularly Scheduled Events
Throughout the ministry year, we also plan several fun & exciting events. Any events will be advertised in the church bulletin or with flyers during our Sunday & Wednesday gatherings.
