Men’s Ministries

menwebLetter from Director of Men’s Ministry,
Greg Miller:

Dear Brothers in Christ,

It is the goal of Men’s Ministry to make disciples and followers of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19). The purpose of this is two-fold:

First and foremost, we as believers are called to share the gospel with others that have not yet heard the good news (Mark 16:15-16). There are events that have been specifically designed to create an atmosphere to accomplish this task. Whether it is a group of guys getting together for a night out or to help someone in need through an outreach, we as men need to be intentional about sharing the gospel.

Secondly, all men are called to be leaders in their homes, in the church, and at work (Ephesians 5:22-24). The only way we can do this effectively is by being in God’s word daily. There are bible studies, conferences, and retreats designed to teach us those leadership qualities.

In the coming year, Men’s Ministry will be expanding. We will be looking for men who would be willing to take on a leadership role in an event or activity. If leadership is not your calling, we will also be in need of people who may have fresh ideas for the ministry and those who like to serve in a planning or administrative capacity.

It is our prayer that you would get plugged into Men’s Ministry through participation, service, or both. If you have any questions or just want to discuss your involvement, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Our goal is to provide resources and avenues for men to build trust through fellowship. We want you to be a part of God’s family more than just on Sundays! We want to get to know you! We want to encourage and support you to be godly husbands, fathers and friends. Take a look at all that Men’s Ministries has to offer. Join us in the journey of transformation!
